Back Orders, Pre-Orders, and Special Order Policy

Back Orders

When an order is placed, all items on the order are charged for. Most items are in stock and therefore will ship within 24 hours. However, if an item is not in stock, Central Recovery Press, LLC (CRP) will place the item on back order and will ship it as soon as it is available. Items that are not available are marked as such on our website at www.centralrecoverypress.com. Items placed on back order and shipped separately will incur separate shipping charges.

Pre-Ordering

CRP allows customers to pre-order items that have not yet been released. The release date is provided and indicates the date the product is scheduled to be available for shipment. Release dates are subject to change and will be updated as we receive them. If an unavailable item is ordered then payment is due at the time the order is placed. Individuals that order items before they are released will be the first to receive shipment once they are made available.

Placing a Nevada Sales Tax-Exempt Order

CRP is able to process orders as tax exempt for qualifying entities in the state of Nevada. Libraries, schools, not-for-profits, and other qualified groups and individuals may place a sales tax-exempt order once we have your tax-exempt certificate on file. We only accept tax exempt orders by phone at this time.

When you make your first tax-exempt purchase, fax your state or federal government-issued certificate to (702) 868-5858 within 72 hours for verification purposes. We will hold your order for up to 72 hours until we receive and verify your certificate. If we do not receive your documentation within 72 hours, we will process and ship your order with the applicable sales tax.

Note: In most cases, you will only need to fax or e-mail us your tax exemption certificate the first time you place a tax-exempt order. Once that certificate is on file, you may place other tax-exempt orders with no additional steps. Individuals from the same organization must each supply a certificate the first time they place an order. That certificate number is attached to each customer's account for application to future orders. If there is no tax-exempt number listed on your tax-exempt certificate please include your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) instead.

Bulk Sales Policy

What is a Bulk Order?

A Bulk Order is an agreement for non-retail accounts that commit to purchasing at least $2,500 worth of merchandise per calendar year. The benefits of a bulk sales agreement are a discounted rate and the convenience of having your books shipped as needed.

How do I receive a Bulk Discount?

Fill out a Bulk Sales Price Request Form. A representative will contact you via phone or e-mail within 5 business days with a quote. Once you receive your price quote, if you are interested in affording yourself the agreed upon bulk sales discount, the representative will then give further instructions. Price quotes are valid for 10 business days.

Restrictions

A minimum order of $500 is required on the initial order with a minimum of $100 per on subsequent orders. You may not combine this discount with any other special offers or any other discounts. Shipping charges are extra and will not be discounted. Sales tax is applicable only in Nevada. If your business is tax exempt, please supply a tax-exempt certificate upon execution of this agreement.

For discounts on purchases of over $40,000, please contact our sales office at (702) 868-5850 or by e-mail at sales@centralrecoverypress.com.

New Accounts

Companies that wish to establish net 30-day terms are asked to submit a credit application. A minimum of $1,500 in annual sales must be achieved before a line of credit will be extended. Until the $1,500 minimum is reached, all orders must be prepaid.

Terms

Net 30 days from the invoice date upon receipt of an approved credit application. Shipments may be withheld on past due accounts.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

There are no returns except for over-shipments or damaged products. Over-shipments and damaged products need to be brought to our attention within 5 days of the receipt of your shipment. For over-shipped or damaged items, please call customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and to arrange for free freight return. Any return shipment made using RMA authorization and claiming free freight must contain only titles related to that authorization. Items returned without an RMA will not be given credit, nor will the items be returned to the customer. In addition, items not listed on the RMA will be assessed freight charges, based on estimated freight costs and charged to the customer.
