Kay Colbert, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice in Dallas, Texas, specializing in adult addiction, mental health, trauma, pain management, anxiety and women’s issues. She has extensive experience in residential and outpatient programs in both private and nonprofit settings. She is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
