I hope this finds you well and you are taking good care of yourself, those around you, and those you interact with.
We find ourselves in challenging times. However, in such times, we can discover our inner resources, strengths, and untapped potential. Right now, there is no doubt that we are facing adversity, and it can feel overwhelming and isolating. So it is important that we recognize that we are not powerless or alone. We are capable and can make a difference, not just in our own lives, but in the lives of all those we are going through this with. With that in mind, I, along with many others, are offering online gatherings and services to provide as much support as possible. Here is a list of some of the ongoing online support that I am currently able to offer:
Daily Online Metta (Loving-Kindness) Practice
Online Mindfulness in Recovery® Meetings
Online Monday Mindfulness Meeting
Wednesday Evening Dharma Teachings
Virtual 3-Day Retreat (April 23-26)
For those of you who would like support in calming your mind and developing a meditation practice, here is a link to our 28-Day Meditation Training Practice.
We also have our Online Four Keys of Living Mindfully Course. We will be launching our new online mindfulness communities soon. You can visit my calendar or sign up on our email list for updates. I will try to add more daily support via my YouTube channel. Please let me know if I can be of help in any way.
